At the heart of the property is a spectacular 15-meter (50-ft) heated swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and shallow “playa” style areas perfect for relaxing. The open-concept living space includes a huge custom sofa for group gatherings, a large smart TV, and an indoor–outdoor sound system that creates a vibrant yet comfortable atmosphere.

The villa also offers indoor and outdoor dining areas, along with a fully equipped chef’s kitchen designed for preparing meals and entertaining. A laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, and steamer is available for added convenience.

The second floor features four spacious bedrooms, each with a king bed, premium linens, large closets, strong air conditioning, private rain-shower bathrooms, and dedicated workspaces with outlets. Two of the rooms also include personal safes.

On the third floor, two luxurious master suites offer king beds, private balconies, large closets with safes, and elegant ensuite bathrooms with rain showers and bathtubs, creating a peaceful retreat within the home.

Your stay includes daily housekeeping and breakfast service (available every day except Tuesdays) — guests only cover the cost of ingredients. Premium towels, toiletries, hair dryers, and thoughtful amenities are provided throughout the villa to ensure maximum comfort.

A dedicated concierge team is available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM to assist with transportation, tours, restaurant reservations, beach clubs, and personalized experiences. The maintenance team is on call from 7:00 AM to midnight and can assist within minutes if needed.
