Casa Amor is a brand new one story house, ideal to relax, away from the stress of the big cities. It's is a large and cosy house of 435m2 with large fully equipped kitchen (wine cellar, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, microwave oven, large oven...) , living room and dining room, 4 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Casa Amor is a one story house with a very large living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room with a big granit table that sits 10, big and confortable sofa with flat screen smart tv, 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, laundry area, guest bathroom, big pool. Outdoor space includes lots of sun loungers, a shaded patio and a large pool. The pool is deep enough to be refreshing, and gets a lot of sun. The swimming pool is directly accessible from the bedrooms and the living room, equipped with deckchairs and cozy sofas ideal for a moment of relaxation The house is open plan with lots of light. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Bedroom 1. Master: 1 King size bed, full ensuite bathroom with large rainshower, large closet with plenty of shells and hangers, smart tv, pool view. Bedroom 2: 1 King size bed, full en suite bathroom, smart tv, pool view. Bedroom 3: 1 queen size bed with full en suite bathroom, large closet, smart tv, office space, pool view. Bedroom 4: 2 queen size beds with full ensuite bathroom, large closet, pool view. Laundry room: washing machine and dryer (2 in 1), iron and iron table. All our beds have good quality sheets, pillows and blankets. Bath and beach towels and 100% cotton bed linens are provided for you and there is powerfull A/C in all rooms. We also provide welcome amenities such as : miniature soap and shampoo, coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, olive oil, drinking water, sponge, dish liquid, dishwasher powder, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, detergent for washer. Check-in Time is noted as 3pm and check-out is 10am, but these can be flexible on request if there are no guests arriving/leaving on the same day. House is brand new and especially made for rentals. There are lots of nice restaurants/shops/cafes/convenience store walking distance from the house (10-15mins walk). The beach strip is very long. Depending on which beach club/restaurant you are going to it might be 5 mins or 30 mins drive. Cost of taxis/drivers will vary depending on how far you go and how many you are. We will recommend drivers at check in so they are just a text away.
