MISTIQ is a big, new condo hotel residence located in "Avenida Kukulcan" which is one of the avenue that takes you straight to the beach strip (2,8 km from the building to the beach). There is a french bakery on site where you can enjoy breakfast or lunch. Free access to the biggest private Gym in Tulum, pools, Jacuzzi, sundeck area, plenty of sunbeds, very secure. There is also a small market on site. We provide sheets, towels and beach towels. When you venture to the beach you'll do it in style with exclusive membership of MIA and EL CHILE beach clubs where you can enjoy use of their beach, sun loungers , parking. Beach club membership is free for the duration of your stay with us. Please just let us know the day beforehand if you would like us to make a reservation for you, to ensure beach beds are available. Kindly note that there is a minimum spent fee (on food and beverages) of 500pesos per person at EL CHILE beach club, and 1200 pesos at MIA beach club. We recommend renting a car to easily enjoy everything Tulum has to offer, we have an outdoor parking, you can also choose to rent bikes or/and use Taxis. We will provide taxis is contact at check in so they are just a Whatsapp away! Taxi is about 10/15usd to the beach. 5/10 usd to town. Kindly note that the location pin on Airbnb s map is not right.
