We are located at the south of town, 5 mins walk from the main avenue (there are 200m of dirt road before you reach our home), property is gated and fenced, security cameras and an electric fence above the property's walls to ensure everyone's peace of mind. There are a few restaurants and convenience store walking distance but for most thing you ll need bikes or taxis. We recommend renting a car to easily enjoy everything Tulum has to offer. We will provide Taxis contact at check in so they are just a Whats app away! You can easily rent bikes in town for about 200 pesos per day. We can have some deliver to the house for you at check in (not always available last minute in high season) We will give you Taxis contact at check in. Renting a car online with a pick up and a drop off at the airport is to my opinion the best option. You can park one car inside the property and 2 more in front of the house. At the house: Quite hours must be respected from 10pm to 10am. It is prohibited to smoke inside the house.
