We are conveniently located in Aldea Zama just an easy bike stroll from just about everywhere. Only 5 mins drive from the beach and 5 mins from downtown. Our team is fully committed to offer everything you need to indulge a sumptuous getaway. Our large 4 bedrooms villa is located in la privada, aldea zama. La privada is a very secured, elegant community gate with 24/7 security guards at the entry. It is fenced and gated with electric fence and cameras. You can’t do more secure. Our home is designed to be the ultimate relaxation space with plenty of room for everyone in your group and private parking. The house is 500 sqm. Outdoor space includes lots of sun loungers, a shaded patio and a large pool. The pool is deep enough to be refreshing, and gets a lot of sun. The house is open plan with lots of light. The main living area is on the ground floor, and includes the kitchen, dining/living room with a big granit table that sits 10, Big and confortable sofa with flat screen smart tv, guest half bathroom. Upstairs (first floor): Bedroom 1. Master: 1 King size bed, full ensuite bathroom with large tub and shower, large closet with plenty of shells and hangers, smart tv, balcony. Bedroom 2: 1 King size bed, full en suite bathroom, smart tv, balcony. Bedroom 3: 1 king size bed with full en suite bathroom, large closet. Laundry room: washing machine and dryer, iron and iron table. (second floor) Bedroom 4. 2 queen size beds with full en suite bathroom, closet, large terrace with sun beds and outdoor shower. All our beds have good quality sheets, pillows and blankets. Bath and beach towels and 100% cotton bed linens are provided for you and there is powerfull A/C in all rooms. Check-in Time is noted as 3pm and check-out is 10am, but these can be flexible on request if there are no guests arriving/leaving on the same day. Tulum is divided in 2 parts : town and beach strip. We are located right in the middle of both. 5 mins drive to each. There are lots of nice restaurants/shops/cafes/convenience store walking distance from the house. House is brand new and especially made for rentals. It has everything you need. We provide concierge services and will happily organize tours, restaurants and beach club bookings, at home massages, bachelorette/birthday decorations, tequila/mezcal tasting, boat trip, transportation, in house Chef and anything else you might need. We want you to have the best time while staying at our property. The beach strip is very long. Depending on which beach club/restaurant you are going to it might be 5 mins or 30 mins drive. Cost of taxis/drivers will vary depending on how far you go and how many you are. Most frequently asked questions: 1) We do not provide bikes but you can easily rent some in town for about 10usd per day. The beach strip is about 15/20 mins bike ride from the house. You can also rent ATV’s (about 100usd per day), scooters (about 50usd per day). 2) We will happily authorize early check in/late check out if we have no other check out/check in on those dates. Unfortunately we don’t know that too much ahead of time so please ask a couple days before. In any case you ll be able to drop off your bags starting at noon and leave them till 1pm on check out day. 3) all bedrooms and living room have A/C and WiFi. 4) We do provide sheets, bath, hand, facials and beach towels. A washing machine and dryer are available on site. We also provide welcome amenities such as : miniature soap and shampoo, coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, olive oil, drinking water, sponge, dish liquid, dishwasher powder, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, detergent for washer. The whole house, pool. The gated community provides entry to a spacious pool area, complete with sunbeds, restroom facilities, and a paddle court for your leisure.
